Architectural visualisation of a luxury interior design for a house in London

An architectural visualisation created by Charles Roberts Studios to illustrate a new interior design of a luxury house located in a highly prestigious Central London address.

Architectural Visualisation

Charles Roberts Studios were approached by one of the country’s leading interior designers to create a number of interior visualisations for this exciting project.

The project involved the connecting of two large townhouses in Eaton Square,  a prime residential garden square in London’s Belgravia district.

The new interiors feature a spectacular basement swimming pool decorated with crystal glass, the forming of magnificent new reception rooms for entertaining on a grand scale and, rarely in this part of London, a landscaped rear garden.

The listed status and historic nature of this spectacular new development meant the conversion would take many months to complete. In addition, the quality and expense of the materials specified in the interior design meant the design had to work first time. There was no room for errors. The architectural visualisations allowed the stakeholders to experiment with different designs and layouts before a final decision was made.

Working closely with the interior designer and the property developer Charles Roberts Studios created a complete model of the new house using the architects CAD drawings. Important areas such as the entrance hallway shown here, the reception rooms, and the subterranean pool where selected for rendering on our systems. Each material was photographed and individual pieces of furniture where painstakingly created.

To create interest during the build, and because the site was inaccessible to potential purchasers, the images proved invaluable in creating interest.
