An architectural visualisation of a barn conversion. We were approached by a private client to create this an architectural visualisation of this unique and stunning new home in Haslemere, Surrey.
The site comprises of a range of derelict farm buildings, barns and a dilapidated piggery. Planning permission was granted to convert the buildings into a new luxury home.
Due to the complicated nature of the conversion and communicating the unusual design for the proposed house to a potential buyer a series of architectural visualisations proved to be the perfect solution and resulted in a sale off plan.
The property has now been converted into a stunning design by award winning architects Huw Thomas Architects in Winchester. It was the Winner of The Sunday Times British Homes Award 2016 for Conversion, Restoration or Refurbishment of an Existing Building.Existing barns before conversion Architectural visualisation of the barn by Charles Roberts Studios Converted Barn by Huw Thomas Architects Architectural visualisation of a barn conversion Barn conversion completed view over countryside Piggery before conversion
