Architectural visualisation of a new detached family home for a national house builder. Our client specialises in constructing high quality homes that feature many traditional building techniques.
The team of artist at Charles Roberts Studios wanted to create an artist impression that reflected the clients use of handmade bricks and painstaking attention to detail. We created special materials from photographs of the handmade bricks used in the construction which were then digitised on our computers. This created the mellow look to the brick in the architectural visualisation and added to the realism.
We created modeled bespoke lead planters, which were displayed at Chelsea Flower Show and added Buxus topiary. We also added modeled a Victorian street lamp and added this to the front garden. When the house was eventually constructed, the house builder added one to the finished grounds.
