Architectural visualistion of one of the largest houses being built in the UK (often referred to as a CGI or artist impression) created by Charles Roberts Studios. Woodrow is a wonderful new Mediterranean style mansion that has recently been completed on an ultra exclusive private estate in Surrey. The visualisation was initially created by our team of artists and illustrators to help the developer in gaining planning permission. Because of the high cost of the luxury materials used in the construction the image was then used as an essential tool during the construction phase. Finally, and probably the most important, use for our visualisation was to create interest from purchasers far in advance of the completion date.
Because of the long lead time in completing this house it was essential for the developer to communicate his ideas to various stakeholders in the process. Our visualisations proved invaluable to the planning authority, neighbors, the architect, the interior designer and to potential purchasers.
As the build progressed our studio created a number of further visualisations of the internal spaces. An example of the images use was the entrance hall. A bespoke balustrade and marble staircase was commissioned by the client. The marble was sourced in Italy and could only be fitted by the specialist Italian stonemasons. Our images enabled an efficient communication of the designers ideas to the contractors on site.
