Artist impression of a new house under construction in Winnington Road, London just off The Bishops Avenue in north London. The artist impression shows wrought iron gates opening to stone steps to the house. Charles Roberts Studios also created a series of internal computer generated images of the house.
The artist impression, or architectural visualisation, was used in the initial planning application. A series of interior visuals were also created by our studio to help the client decide on materials and layout. Due to the size of the property, 17,000 sq ft in total, and the high specification of materials used in the construction our visualisations proved crucial in the project management of the build.
The Bishops Avenue is the second most expensive street in Britain and the specification of the house had to match its reputation. The seven star hotel quality of the house comes with an underground swimming pool and leisure centre.
Our studio also created an artist impression of the garden to help potential purchasers visualise the stunning garden design and landscaping that includes its own amphitheater.
