Artists impression

Charles Roberts Studios were commissioned by the client, a property developer of luxury homes, to create a series of artists impression to support their initial planning application.

As many high-value materials were used in the construction the artist's impression proved to be extremely useful in communicating design details to various stakeholders such as the architect, lead contractor, specialist artisans and landscape architect.

The architectural artist's impression was also used later to create interest from potential purchasers.
