Charles Roberts Studios has just completed a series of computer generated images for a stunning new luxury development close to the River Thames in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
This beautiful Grade II listed property was formerly a corporate HQ but is currently undergoing a sympathetic restoration and development into luxury apartments.
Using drone photography, we were able to show prospective purchasers the complete development and surrounding grounds.
We also created an interior visualisation to illustrate the high-end interior design proposed for the apartments.
Thank you Olivia. Very many thanks to you too Charles, and whoever else was involved. The images look fantastic and I will let you know the outcome.
Did you see the Country Life advert this month?
I am quite certain we shall be working together again soon! Very best to you both.
Architectural visualisations created by our studio have featured in an article in The Daily Mail. The This beautiful house has been constructed in a modern Classical style and features eight bedroom suites, a private cinema, an indoor pool and a 1700 bottle wine cellar. The house is set in 1.8 acres of prime Surrey real estate surrounded by specially imported trees.
This gorgeous house was originally visualised by Charles Roberts Studios to initially win planning consent and to generate interest from potential purchasers.
The house features grand entertaining spaces, six bedroom suites, a glass roof cupola, and is set in 1.74 acres of land. The house is located in the prime residential hot spot of Weybridge, Surrey.
Charles Roberts Studios created a number of architectural visualisations for this project. Take a look at the full article in The Daily Mail.
Imagine being able to sell your development quickly and efficiently off plan. The cash flow benefits are enormous. Well with a property brochure you can! Our property brochures are designed to reflect the quality of your development and to complement your individual company brand through innovative design concepts.
Every project is different and our graphic designers are constantly scanning the horizon for cutting-edge ideas to provide you with the best in effective creative design. Every one of our property brochure designs is unique and bespoke.
Our designs have a proven track record in selling and maximizing the return on your development. In the recession, our brochures helped a number of our clients sell their projects before stared work on site.
Each element is carefully considered. In the first instance, we research the market that the project is designed to appeal to. We then create a number of initial designs tailored to its particular demographic.
The next stage is to write compelling and engaging copy for the brochure. This involves a description of the local area and the development itself.
Whilst the copy is being crafted our designers are working on the artist's impressions and the hand-drawn floor-plans. We work from the architect's CAD, stripping out superfluous information, to make them easy to interpret.
Maps of the local area showing points of interest and major roads are drawn up and finally, an aerial site-plan is added to the design to complete the property brochure design.
The process involves constant communication with the client to ensure a perfect result.

A CGI we created for Hedge House in the West Midlands is in the Sunday Times this weekend. A groundbreaking design by David Sheppard Architects who was 'Longlisted' for House of the Year 2017.
You can see more CGIs we created for this project here.
Charles Roberts Studios recently completed a series of computer generated images (CGI) for luxury housebuilder Millgate Homes that featured this spectacular infinity pool in the garden design.
The pool comes with a newly built modernist mansion perched at the top of Trevereux Hill, near the Surrey commuter town of Oxted.
Stepped gardens at the rear of the house lead to the pool surrounded with Indian sandstone terracing that offers sweeping views across three counties.
Of its many luxurious features the house includes a hand-built stone and glass staircase and custom carpentry.
The house recently featured in the London Evening Standard’s roundup of London’s most expensive new homes.
Thank you to our friends at Meridien Modena for their wonderful hospitality last night and for showing us the new Ferrari 488 GTB. It will make a stunning addition to the driveways in our future CGIs.
The 3d renders we created for this magnificent mansion featured on the front page of The Sunday Times Home section this weekend.
The paper ran an article describing some of the beautiful super-prime mansions that are currently under construction in the UK.
Charles Roberts Studios has been have been involved in many of these super-prime properties from the start but normally the projects are very private so we are pretty excited that the client has allowed our work showcased in this way.
